01.| General terms|
■ the commissioned artwork can be used for personal and commercial use■ clients are not allowed to alter/edit/draw over/modify my works without my permission■ I reserve the right to respectfully decline and commissions or client for my own reasons■ I may post the finished commissioned artwork on my socials unless asked not to before hand■ the artwork may only be altered 3 times or else an additional fee will be added
02.|payment|
■ Clients can either pay full upfront or 50/50 (upfront and after sketch approval)■don't send me any payment before I agree to take your commission and requested to be sent the payment■ the accepted currencies are usd/php and can people pay through PayPal only
03.|process and delivery|
■ the finished work will be sent through dm's or via email■ the process of finishing the artwork varies to 1-4 weeks or even a month depending on the artists schedule and health condition
04.|cancellation and refund policies
■client cannot get a refund once I started working on the art piece.■if the client cancelled before I start the piece, they will get a full refund.
